Terrible service

Terrible service and the customer care call center is of no use no accountability . My order was accepted at 11:35 and was only delivered to us at 16:43. Only order from ASAP if you don't mind when you get your order. This is not the first time the order delayed however this has been the longest wait, a whole 5 hours.
