Terrible service

When am I getting my refund? I have Uninstalled your app because I don't anticipate to ever use it again, your service has been nothing short of an insult you can refer to call ref *** for how your customer service has treated me. Your driver arrived yesterday at 9h15 to collect the wrong order from the day before only to realize he was supposed to also deliver the correct order but the store didn't give it to him, your app also told me "the driver has arrived" with my order but he didn't have it, it's now DAY 3 and my query has not been resolved!
