Terrible Service

I would like to raise a concern regarding the service at the deli section. On several occasions, I have experienced long waiting times due to a lack of available staff, and customers are often left to search for assistance.

During peak hours, particularly in the afternoon, there appears to be insufficient supervision and staffing, which results in long queues and delays, especially when transactions are held up due to voids.

On one occasion 2026.05.26, a staff member was reportedly unavailable while appearing an old Lady she says she went to the bathroom, but she is holding bread how possible is that while i saw her sitting inside the kitchen

I kindly request that this matter be reviewed to improve staffing levels and customer service efficiency during busy periods.
