Terrible service

I have never experienced such horrible service before. It did not even occur one’s but twice. I ordered through pick n pay thinking I would have my order delivered but it turns out I was wasting my time. This is what happened: I placed my order a little before 5 pm and was expecting my order in the next hour, but that didn’t happen. At 7:30 I receive a call from support asking if I’ve received my order and I tell them no, the consultant then says I’ll send a delivery guy right now. I waited up until 21:50 with a message telling me that they were unable to send out my order. At this time I’m thinking where exactly is the professionalism? Till now I have not received my money from the order as it was cancelled. Such horrible service. Never using the service again.
