terrible service

On the 27th i went to pick n pay clothing at Newcastle Mall the 1st thing i noticed the door was half way down meaning they always close before time,it was Sunday before 3pm the guy by the Name of Senzo came to us complaining because we came by the time they were closing but it was not even 3 oclock then I ignored him&continue searching what i was looking for within a sec they switched off the lights while we were inside it wasnt only me on the shop there were some other clients as well, i asked them is that the way they supposed to treat their customers we were already inside the shop they were suppossed to finish with us before they can rush to knock off because it seems like they only care about the knocking out time they dont know about customer service the lady who was on till point her name badge was written Bawinile was rude as well they were so unproffessional with Senzo i'm not even sure if Senzo is the real name because he was not wearing name badge i had to to ask for his name because i wanted to report this i am so dissappointed with the terrible service i got there and you have lost the customer because i will never ever again go back to Pick n pay Clothing Newcastle
