Terrible service

I placed an order through the app yesterday and they delivered the completely wrong order. No items were what I ordered. When I told the driver he told me that it is his issue and I have to call the contact centre. When I called, they told me this will be resolved within 3 hours. I followed up after 3 hours and told them to cancel the order if it cannot be delivered yesterday. They cancelled it. I placed the order early this morning using the wallet, the delivery time kept on changing. I called to ask what is happening and they told me that it was undelivered because I wasn't home which was not true. I am not still waiting for the order, no one is getting back to me to let me know what is happening! Such a mess
