Terrible service

Pick ‘n Pay ASAP and CALL CENTER Terrible service and *********** call centre agents, Kayla or whatever her name is to be specific, I’ve been waiting for my order since 11 am today and I’m still waiting even now. The least they could do is return client calls and stop closing queries as complete when the order is not even dispatched, dropping a call on my ear twice just cos you can’t even be empathetic shows you don’t even deserve that job… there’s thousands unemployed people who would do much better
