terrible service

they claim 48 hours to get an account approved , a week later and no response , any attempt to get an update status end up in - you cannot phone for a status update , you must wait for the SMS confirmation. ridiculous service in the fact that there is nowhere to confirm status of progress on request , just wait is not acceptible.
