Terrible service

The level of service I received today at PNP Menlyn from Alice it's really appalling. I walk instore n greeted by saying Hello Sis Alice n she responded by passing me n I just stood there look at her. I ask her if where can I withdraw Sassa money she continues walking n say I should check at the tills. I ask her if she can check while I follow her she said she's collecting cigarettes. Then I went ask Lindiwe who was able to check at the tills if they have money. With no luck I went to check at the cigarettes counter only to find Alice is the 1 working there n she was actually helping a gentleman who was do a withdrawal of R1000.00 n I walk towards her n ask if she has R900 or R2000 n she looked on the side n said I only have R100. I walked away. What bothered me the mo3is how she was not interested in helping me n for her to ignore me like I'm just a nuisance, really hit deep. I hate how PNP Menlyn cashiers r very friendly to other race n I say this cause it's not the 1st time I get to experience such service. I ignored it the 1st time cause I thought perhaps they no longer assis with Sassa payments. But when I asked I was told they still assist. I'm really hurt n very dissapointed cause, I took time off work to go collect my Grandmother cash but I had to go back to her without her money n I use money to get to Menlyn. So my time n money went down the drain only because we have judgmental ppl like the likes of Alice who r spiteful to ppl like me.
