Terrible Service

I am appalled by the service of such a giant corporation. I made an online purchase and confirmed my order. I called in a day before collection and was advised all is in order. Funds were reserved on my account but when I went to collect, I was advised they were out of stock. I requested my funds reversed and till today my funds are still on hold on my credit card. I cannot make purchases for xmas over the weekend and now have to wait until this is sorted out. Terrible service.
