Terrible service

I purchased two boerwors rolls got to the counter no one was there, waiting for roughly 10 minutes, there after one of the employees asked me to head back to my workplace as the wors weren’t ready yet and claimed she would either bring them to my workplace or come let me know, I waited for 45 as she had informed me she would let me know, once I return to Pick n pay the wors are finished and I have to join the line from the back again and the Lady that had told me she would let me know if no where to be found.

I understand she tried to help but now I spent my whole lunch without eating because of her instructing me to wait in my workplace
