Terrible service

I was with a friend this morning getting a few things at Pick 'n Pay Thabong in Sebokeng, amongst the items we purchased was a toilet brush that didn't have a price tag, the lady at the till ordered us to go back and get one with a tag while she scans the other items. My friend went and I stayed at the till, I asked for a plastic bag, she put it with the groceries and just looked at me as she waited for my friend to return with the priced brush. I then asked her very nicely if she was not gonna assist in packing the groceries and her response was shocking. She told me she's not employed to pack customers groceries and that all customers that come there already know that they package their own groceries regardless of who the cashier is. She further added that if us as customers don't complain to their head office then she's not willing to pack groceries or make the change as she's a cashier NOT a packer. I was so shocked I packed the groceries and I left. I cannot believe how terrible the service was and that no one sees anything wrong with that. Furthermore I need to get paid for packing my own groceries as I am not employed to package my own groceries either ?
