Terrible service
I placed an online order on Friday 24th November, firstly it said the delivery is free because of Black Friday however I paid R80 then when the order arrives it’s only R400 odd worth of things, Pick n Pay charged me the full amount of R885.86. I just spoke to Chantelli Khumalo (call centre) (Disgusting service) I cannot believe that there can be such help over the phone. I WILL NEVER DO ONLINE SHOPPING AGAIN. The amount is pending but it will probably officially be paid through today…. It won’t be the invoiced amount as it was reserved already on 24th November which according to Chantelli does NOT happen, it only happens on the day of delivery…. So sorry, but pick n pay stuffed up this time as they took it off straight away. So i sent a copy of the amount which shows came off my account….. there’s no way of reversing a pending amount I’m afraid, so that amount will reflect in Pick n Pay's account today or tomorrow latest. I want to know how picknpay will refund me.

Good day Cherie,
Thank you for taking the time to write to us.
Kindly note that an amount of R486.86 was debited from your account. The balance of the reserved amount should automatically reverse back into your account.
The turn around time depends on your bank. Please contact your bank to confirm.
Please note that we have escalated to have the delivery fee refunded and will advise once this has been done.
Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Kind Regards
