Terrible Service

I would like to log a formal complaint in regards to an order placed with Cresta Pick n Pay more than 6 months ago, at first they provided a rain check (Patricia) with confirmed quantity which was (50 big jack pies – varying between mutton or chicken) with me; took down my details however since then no contact I had to keep going to physically to check in if they even bothered ordering for me as when you phone they leave you holding for ages without getting back to me. On the 28 October I went again the manager he gave me half of the quantity (25) refusing to provide or order remaining quatity, Patricia at Cresta Pick n Pay that scanned did not void all according to the rain check (I have the receipt of this), took away my rain check saying that they the rain check will still stand but they need to keep it with them and can’t give me another for the remaining, she will give me her cell number, but will contact me definitely with the remaining order according to the rain check, to date I have received no communication, still owes me 25 plus the few she failed to void according to the rain check price which in total 28. I was treated very unfairly by your Cresta Manager and Patricia. This whole process has failed your customer service completely, where are the values and integrity towards your customer, is there any…
