Terrible service

Standing at the bakery Hoping and praying someone will decide to do their job serving customers. He'll no, they turn around and move the conversation to a different part of the shop ignoring me. Go to the manager and all he does is turn around and go to the bakery. That's it! Customer care is important in retail,if you don't have any then you won't survive. Pathetic...
