Terrible service
Absolute nightmare I ordered a week ago from asap and i had to call the customer care six times as my order was paid for and not delivered. Pick n pay has no interest in after service and their delivery service is absolutely pathetic do not waste your time with them.

09 Jan 2023, 11:56I made 6 calls to your call centre today i placed anothee order and it was cancelled why are you offering delivery your services are pathetic you are the only business thar offers delivery but does not deliver or call customers back i am so angry i called your call centre twice today no feedback they cancelled yet another delivery of mine
