Terrible service

I ordered from Bottles and their driver "lost" my groceries. When I contacted them, they marked my ticket as resolved and NEVER refunded my money. I have had an incident where they never refunded my money and claimed that it was reversed by my bank and that I needed to go to the bank to find out why.

Their customer service is complete trash!
