Terrible Service

<p>My name is Pony Nyatlo. On 02 JUly 2016 I bought Feta cheese from Irene Mall Pick N Pay. After a few days after opening the cheese i realized it had expired sometime in May 2016. On 05 July I went back to complain, the perishable goods manager by the name of Nthabiseng was called to come and assist. However upon his arrival she never took time to talk to me or find out from me what happened, she simply called the merchandizer to take the cheese and give me a refund. </p> <p>From my point of view she was supposed to at leasst offer me an apology and ask if i need another one or something like that. her attitude towards me was not pleasent. I felt like she had spoiled my pleasent shopping experinece at my favourite franchise. </p>
