Terrible PnP Service from Manager

We were at the PnP bottle store and asked to buy the Glen Fiddich, which was behind the counter. the price clearly stated R1149. when scanned however we ended up paying R1299.<br> when we inquired the manager was terribly rude and did not even speak directly to us. he said the bar code was incorrect, however there was no other bottle of the same drink up there. so the product was clearly advertised incorrectly/falsely. when we asked how we were supposed to see the bar code from the counter, he ignored us and walked away. he did not apologize or even attempt to admit that the mistake was on their part.<br> how can such a huge retailer have such an *********** and rude manager. it was my Bfs birthday and this just spoils our morning. if there was a mistake the least he could have done was apologized.
