Terrible pick n pay!!!!!
I ordered from the asap app this morning my order was cancelled without me knowing. Now they are not refunding me.
I have ordered dog food which I urgently require and can't place another order until the money is refunded.
I cannot wait for the refund. This is not on. Very disappointed as I use asap app almost every week.

My dogs are waiting for food from this morning. Thanks to pick n pay they are starving.
I want the refund immediately. I think the only way out is social media.

15 Oct 2022, 06:56Pick n pay still hasn't contacted me regarding my problem, they also haven't done my refund as yet. I will be going onto social media because they are ******* they have ****** my money and cany be bothered I have small kids at home
They didnt even bother calling me for a resolution. They gave me a promo code which doesn't work, so now I have asked for a refund.
I am still waiting.
