Terrible Pick and Pay delivery service

I made use of the Pick n Pay delivery app two weeks ago and I am appalled at the service I received. According to the app, my order was delivered when it wasn't. I sent an email in an attempt to report and have this issue rectified but I was just given the run around. My complaint is still not resolved and my money has not been refunded.
