Terrible Online Customer Service

I've been attempting to place an order on the Mr D app to Piknpay Potchefstroom, it got cancelled a bunch of times. I'm so disappointed and really frustrated because they hoard your money for a purchase before they can even confirm whether they can deliver or not....... total disregard of the fact that I(the customer) may need the stuff I'm ordering urgently, and that maybe if they could notify us before we place orders that they are not taking orders, I won't have to now go through what I'm forced to go through. Now that they can't deliver, I'm forced to either wait for them to avail themselves, whenever that is, or wait another 5 days to get my money back....... F* the customer right???!!!! Mxm
