Terrible management!

<p>Pick n Pay please teach the management at Southdowns Shopping Centre how they should treat customers. I went and bought sparkling water, opened it and it was flat so I went back and told the manager. In front of all the customers, he told me how stupid I am because I thought sparkling water would have bubbles and sparkling water never has bubbles. I was then told by him to get a refund because I will open all the bottles and none of them would have bubbles. Can you believe it?!?!!? The security guard then escorted me to the water aisle where I opened a bottle of FRESH sparkling water and guess what? There was bubbles!!!!</p> <p>Is this how you treat customers at Pick n Pay? Absolutely disgusting!!!!</p>
