Terrible kiosk service

Pick n Pay Hout Bay. Really terrible service at the kiosk. No queue direction indication so it’s just a crowd of people hoping to be served next. It’s like being in a bar trying to get the bartenders attention to serve you next. Also, it’s often unattended.
