Terrible feedback
I have mailed my problem numerous times to customer service. Request *** and every time I get notified that it will be escalated. Nothing has happened. The staff are dancing around like victors. And clearly management and area manager are friends. I doubt anything will come of this.

24 Nov 2023, 15:59And I must accept that this matter will never be resolved. This specific branch will always have the worst service, because they have some kind of hold on the area manager. I even received a mail, where it was stated that the staff said they spoke to me and the matter is resolved. Which is a total lie.

25 Nov 2023, 15:02I have received the refund. But the matter has not been resolved. As the staff still thinks they won this situation and they did me a favour. Their handling of the situation was shocking to say the least. And when I go there, I am reminded that they will not be able to do any returns if there is a quality issue. Their reasoning is, if something might be bad quality, do not buy it.

11 Dec 2023, 13:53As I have numerous times stated, I finally did get the refund. The staff treated me like **** and has not even said a word as to date. One does not feel welcome there and it will probably stay that way while the current staff are there. At Irene mall, it was a pleasant experience
