Terrible experience
I purchased a sandal from the pick n pay clothing in pavilion durban. I notice the tag said 89.99 and I was charged R99.99 the purchase was done at 17:35 on the 07/11/2020. I went to get my refund from the bluff Pick and Pay because it is closer and there I was told they can not do anything but take the shoe back because they where told not to sell it. I emailed my complaint through on Sunday the 8/11/2020 the momentI walked out the shop. Till this very moment all I received was an automated response without even a reference number

23 Nov 2020, 14:58I received communication 7days ago and received a reference 6days ago I have heard nothing since then. I presume you guys have plenty complaints as it takes this long to get sorted out I emailed you guys on the 8th of November. I placed this review on the 10th of November. Today is the 23rd of November my matter isn't resolved yet I'm guessing I'm not meant to use my item purchase till you decide to get back to me right. I really dont feel like this take this seriously enough I will never purchase from any pick n pay company ever I'm actually even considering closing down my tyme bank account if small issues like this cant be resolved what will happen to bigger problems ????
