Terrible experience at Pick n Pay Verulam

Absolutely terrible parking at Pick n Pay Verulam. It's been months since the construction started and yes I fully understand that there is a pandemic going on but some assistance within the parking lot or at least some order within would be much appreciated. Today at around 11:30 a DSW vehicle with the registration NDM 17798 scratched my vehicle. I look at the store entrance and there's a huge line waiting to go inside so I can't even go inside for assistance. Something really needs to be done about this as the dust is absolutely terrible and nothing is being done about it at all. Trucks come in and block the way so where do we park? If we park anywhere we have the dissatisfaction of our vehicles getting scratched or dented. I parked on the ramp after my vehicle gets scratched as I didn't want it to happen again and I understand that there is construction being done but the staff at the construction company should really learn how to speak to customers. He spoke really rudely for me to move my vehicle even after me explaining to him that my vehicle got scratched so I moved it yet he was still being arrogant. Please advise me as to who will be repairing the scratch on my vehicle? The guys at DSW claimed that I could just polish it off but at who's cost? This parking is absolutely pathetic especially for such a reputable brand as Pick n Pay to be left like this for such a lengthy period.
