Terrible experience

I visited Picknpay Protea Glen branch after I saw an adverti*****t on Twiter which showed Jacobs Coffee was on promotion, when I got to the store was told that the Coffee was not on special this was a shock to me since the adverti*****t showed 5 different items were on promotion and all were on promotion except the Coffee, when I pointed out this to the manager she told me Coffee is excluded because their store is Picknpay qualisave, I found that explanation bizarre since the advertised items are all on promotion at the same store and the adverti*****t didn't say excluding certain stores, I seriously feel that it's confusing and frustrating for such to happen
