TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
The new pick and pay ASAP app is terrible! I ordered items for my sons birthday to be delivered, and the main item was out of stock. They then give you exactly 10min to amend your order with a substitute. If you miss that time period, they refund you... BUT WAIT.. the refund takes 7-10 days!! What the hell!! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
