Terrible experience

The Service at Pick n Pay 23, Picbel Parkade, 58 Strand St, Cape Town is appalling utterly terrible. Today I purchased a fruit salad from the salad bar the lady progressed to dish the salad at the same time she dropped some of the salad into the coleslaw salad. She uses the same s**** to remove the fruit salad from the coleslaw and throws it back into the fruit salad bowl. I ignored it but it was similar to when I order chips and the lady threw the chips on a dirty lid and back into the container she was going to hand over to me. I objected at that time but today I ignored it because I have become accustom to the laziness. Later when I ate the salad I found lettuce leaves mixed in the salad and I threw it away solely based on the fact that this was not the first time I have had a problem at the hot foods/salad bar and from what I have experienced I was not sure what else I would find in the salad. I have complained twice to the staff but it seems to remain the same. I am not sure when last a health and safety officer has gone to this Pick n pay to assess the environment but It is not up to scratch.
