Terrible delivery service , order wrong

I always order on Pick n Pay ASAp but I had such a terrible experience today !!!

I made an order at 11:20 roughly on the app , driver arrived to me at 12:51 with an incorrect order, the invoice had Someone else’s name on it and none of the items were mine. I tried explaining to him that this order is not mine and the name on there isn’t mine, he was completely unresponsive he looked at me like I’m speaking French even though I tried speaking to him in Sotho, Zulu and English . I got no response from him, nothing !!!!

I sent him back with the order after taking a photo of the invoice. I immediately called your consternation care and spoke to Olwethu and she assured me that this is being rectified. I waited and waited for my order. At 15:00 I called again, the consultant I spoke to told me that the order was returned back to the store as “undeliverable” . Apparently the driver called me and I didn’t answer my phone and they could not find my address which is a complete lie ! It’s a Sunday , I need to cook but couldn’t because I waited and waited till 15:00 to receive a simple order. I’m completely disappointed in your service today.
