TERRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE

Re: #***5 I cannot believe the terrible service and inconvenience caused . I placed an order at 9 in the morning & they deliver the package at 15:30.

Even after my 2nd call and cancelling the order with the agent on the phone due to the dismal service, you still proceeded to deliver even though I cancelled the order - I had to drive to that address to go pick up the goods at an inconvenience to me.

I cannot wait a whole day for an express delivery.

I called 2 times regarding this order.

This is dismal service to say the least!
