Terrible Customer Service-Pnp Woodmead

Hi There,

My colleagues and I received terrible service at PnP Woodmead, at the fruit & vege department. The staff there doesn't price mark downs, they take products for themselves instead of waiting for customers to buy first. They have a corner where they will put marked down products for them and us paying customers wont have anything to buy.

Please advise who is more important here? The staff or paying customers that ensures they have a salary at the end of the month?

The lady did not even have a name tag, when I asked she said with attitude "YES, I DONT WEAR IT"
