Terrible customer service from PnP asap! app

On 10 September I received incorrect items with my order. I contacted support and was met with automated messages most of the time. Sent emails and got no response until today, almost a week later. They offered me a refund, but frankly, after my experience I do not trust this app with giving me a refund unless they bring me the cash. I have no need for the incorrect products delivered and would like it exchanged with what I ordered initially. Rather going to stay with Checkers Sixty60 from now on.
