Terrible customer service from branch manager.

Pick n Pay in Epping Gardens. The customer service from the store is worse than the products that are unsatisfactory. The manager does not listen or give his " Customers " a fair hearing. The solutions offered is inadequate and he clearly states that it would be an inconvenience to him.
