Terrible customer service, clothes never arrived

Pnp online is the worst online service I have ever used. I ordered clothes from there and a month later it still hasn't arrived. Customer service doesn't pick up their phone, even if you call them on a daily basis at different times and they ignore all emails. They really couldn't care less. PLEASE save your money and go elsewhere.
