Terrible customer service by Pick n Pay, Silverwater Crossing

Today (25/05/2021) I went to Pick n pay at Silverwater Crossing Mall. I bought lots of fruits and vegetables. I was assisted by Agnes who was stationed at teller 6. Her attitude was terrible. I finished paying and there was no customer behind me. I was packing lots of grocery. Instead of Agnes helping me, she looked at me and folded her arms. I asked her to help me to pack the grocery. She was not interested. Finally she assisted me. She put bananas in a bag first and put 1.5 L fruit juice and lots of fresh ****** on top of the bananas. I asked her how can she put heavy food on top of the bananas. She did not answer instead she just looked in my back. I took out everything out of the bag and packed it myself. Her service was terrible and I believe she misrepresented the values of pick n pay.
