Terrible customer service by foreigners in South Africa

Yesterday on 12 April I went to Pick n Pay Lemon Tree for my daily important items and I was approached by a strange service. I buy 20 - 30 baked loaf of bread on week days for my business and yesterday nothing was prepared reason being load shedding. Currently South Africa lives on load shedding and I always get bread regardless of no power. Then I requested to speak to the manager, he came with a very stupid excuse without any apology for the inconvenience. I asked of the plan B to the problem experienced , he showed meca bakery manager who also didn't make sense to questions asked and decided to leave me without answers. Lemon Tree is full foreigners on managerial and supervisor positions who battle to sort problems for customers. These people get stuck and lost in the middle of conversations because of language barrier, remember their English is French and they're extremely rude. I don't know whether they're asylum seekers or ******* immigrants in SA, because the positions they hold any citizens of this country can perform better than them. Mr Radebe who they say is their HR manager came to speak sense to me, and I asked him to give his colleagues in-service training. They dismally fail to give appropriate answers and I Lemon Tree should be visited by labour department, because there's nothing important or scarce they into Pick n Pay as the South African law says. Corrective measures should be taken and I escalate it to the right channel, because there's no way a foreigner with a language problem can come to tell us the way they like - never.
