TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Terrible experience with a rude female supervisor, at Pick n Pay Springs Mall today (6/6/2021).she called her manager Mets to assist because her calculations is poor, attempted to under credit me on items I was overcharged for, she undermined my intelligence because I was silent at first,thought I was a walk over that was just going to agree and leave the store,specials are most of the time not updated on the system, check your till slip. The ?on top of the cake, she was disrespectful towards the manager, serious customer care intervention training required. She said the manager was confusing her and he must rather help the customer. Then how is she a supervisor????I shop at Pick n pay often but this experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth. As I was walking out after telling her how pathetic her service and attitude was, she said to me it's not her fault if the system is wrong and her manager just stood there watching her attitude inspite of Pick n Pays fault and her unprofessional behavior and attitude.
