Terrible customer service and lost money

I always buy from Pick 'n Pay Lemon tree in Alberton, and yesterday 11 November 2021 I had a very bad experience from one of its stuff members called Dineo at the till next to the express queue. I lost part of my coins when I was about to pay for my groceries. She kept on telling me that the machine can't be stopped and my money dropped into the holes around her working area, and she was rude with stinking attitude. I don't know where the shop got her from, as I said I always buy from lemon tree and I never experienced such a mess.
