Terrible customer service and feedback

I placed an online order, two items were incorrect and were not what I ordered. I contacted them multiple times and their only solution was to go into my nearest store to exchange it EVEN when I said that I did go but they didn’t have stock. Utterly shocked at their terrible service. I will never order from them again and will warn everyone I can.
