Terrible Customer Service
Was dealing with your Facebook Messenger person who suddenly just vanished and stopped replying!!! What kind of customer service is that?? I proceeded to send my complaint via email to *** on the 24th January and still have heard nothing. Please urgently respond to my email. DO NOT PHONE ME.

29 Jan 2021, 13:43Can you believe I am still waiting!? Utterly despicable customer service! Still no response on Facebook Messenger, email or even your escalation. I spend so much money with PnP on a weekly basis, but they don't even care about customer service. Suppose they have all gone home for the weekend now and I'll still be waiting next week.
