terrible customer service

My very first time purchasing on the pick n pay asap app! a disaster I tell you. I ordered at around 12 the time for delivery was between 2-3. at 12:23 I got a email saying my order has been cancelled. Now i need to wait 3-10 working days for my refund and it was legit my last cash and I really really need the items today. Their customer service support is no help at all I called 3 times and all 3 calls the agents has disconnected the line . I will never make use of this service.
