TERRIBLE Customer Loyalty

Well how disgraceful. I am really disappointed in PnP (and I see MANY people are). As a smart shopper I would thing we get better deals. That is after all what a LOYALTY program is all about right? every time we shop at PnP at the bottom of our slips we see "you saved R*** today" or "Rxx off your next shop". Well I SAVED that R*** because I looked at the specials. Over the month of December I spent over R4400 at PnP.. I only got ONE "Rxx off your next shop" for a whopping fantastic R0.30 ... hello, are you having a laugh here?? The in and the paper that discount is on costs more. I do not think I am going to shop at PnP again. You don't have such wonderful deals. IN FACT I will spend my money at woolies who are not too much more expensive than you (in fact some of their stuff is cheaper AND the quality of their goods is TONS better). Thanks PnP...Thanks for taking your loyal shoppers on a really ****ty ride.
