Terrible Customer Experience

<p>I am thoroughly disgusted in the Pick n Pay Circle Centre, I just bought some groceries when I noticed the price of the frisco coffee showing R49.99 when I arived at the till the cashier advised it was R69.99 and she went with me to the coffee and saw the special board underneath the granules coffee, the supervisor advised we need to pay the price we see as the label does not clearly indicate which frisco coffee it is for, when ariving to the front the manager with a ****y attitude said no we must pay full price and that the label is clear for people that can see its for that brand which clearly he is illiterate and treats customers condescendingly, I will never set a foot in your pick n pay stores again after being a faithfull shopper for years, will rather spend my money at a checkers where customers come first, will be sharing my experience with everyone I know.</p> <p> </p> <p>Great Job losing a customer pick n pay</p>
