Terrible

Terrible experience I have placed an order today which was accepted on pick n pay ASAP around 12:30. When I called 3hours later to follow up they said my order came back undelivered. According to the driver no one was coming outside. I have been keeping track on the app but there was no movement on my delivery and the driver didn't call me to confirm that he was outside. The lady that I spoke to said they will give me refund however I told her I don't want a refund because my order was specifically for Mothers day. I then requested to talk to the manager but he was so rude. A few minutes later I got my delivery however it was not everything and i did not get a refund of that specifically missing item in my wallet. I then tried to call the store for about 10 times but no one picked up. This is terrible service I hope someone will get back to me about this.
