Terrible burgers

I bought 25 burgers at pick n pay kenilworth for a get together as it was my daughters birthday While everything else was in place however the guest complaint about the salty ness of the burgers and did not want to eat it most three the burgers in the bin hoping I wouldn’t notice and when I took one the taste was horrible I have contacted Kenilworth first they called once only I don’t want a refund I want the guest to be taken care of I was emberassed and the meals was ruined
