terrible app, terrible service.

I did an order the other day. While waiting for an hour to make my replacements, the app crashes. I close and restart. Still getting a screen that says something went wrong. Half an hour later, it comes back to life and tells me my time has run out to make replacements. Half the stuff I needed - not on the order. I still had to go out and get what I needed, which makes the whole app and service pointless.

I email customer support and all they say is thanks for the feedback and apologies for the inconvenience and then close their own support ticket. Does it feel resolved? no.

Deleted the app. Won't use it again. Rather go with the Checkers app.
