Terrible

Horrible, we went yesterday at the store to ask for donations for the funeral from our Ward and Some lady came took our documents went in the office and said we should come back today, we went today about and hour we waiting for the lady who took our documents we asked for the manager, she came then asked us who we gave the documents to then later after a hour she she came and said they can't find our documents or the person who took them, the fore they don't have the bugdet but they still didn't bring our document and the funeral on Saturday please help Peter we are strunded and the Mother of the deceased is u employed, documents are 2 ID copies dearth certificate an affidavit including the donation letter from The ward Councilor.
