Tellers *****ing customers smart shopper savings

On 21 December 2022 I did my shopping at Pinelands Pick ‘n Pay store. I had two separate shopping lists and after paying for the first shopping I asked the teller if she had my smart shopper card, she said yes she forgot to give it back to me. Then I paid for the next shopping she must have distracted me and kept my card. Only realised when I went back to the store 2 days later that I never got my card back. I went back to the same teller and she said that it was the first time she was on the till. But both my husband and I recognised her. When I checked my app for the purchases made on my card I saw many purchases was made on the same day my card was kept by the teller and all my smart shopper savings was used up.

Please be alert!! the first Tellers are not handing back customers smart shopper cards and *****ing the accumulated points.
